Roles & Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Provide compassionate personal care while maintaining patient dignity
Support nursing staff with basic clinical tasks and timely communication
Record observations and document care accurately in the patient chart
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
Engage with patients to provide emotional support and companionship

Qualifications

Valid New Hampshire LNA or CNA certification required
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or obtained shortly after hire
Ability to pass required background check and drug screening
Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
Previous experience as an LNA or in direct patient care is a plus

Education

High school diploma or GED
Completion of a state-approved LNA/CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable assisting with mobility and transfers
Basic understanding of infection control and safety protocols
Ability to take and report basic observations such as vital signs
Familiarity with patient documentation and attention to detail
Teamwork, time management, and a positive bedside manner
