Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM day shift

Hours per Week: 38

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Help patients with bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, and feeding as needed
Accurately take and record vital signs and report any changes to the nurse
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
Document care in a timely and precise manner to support continuity
Collaborate with the nursing team and other staff to deliver patient-centered care

Qualifications

Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential - VT or NH
Completion of a state-approved LNA training program
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or as required by facility
Ability to meet standard facility requirements such as background checks and immunizations
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-focused attitude

Education

Completion of state-approved LNA program; high school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
Infection control and safe patient handling practices
Clear, professional communication with patients, families, and team members
Dependability, time management, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
