Shift Type: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Help create a warm, home-like environment for every patient
Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest quality outcomes

Qualifications

Active LNA license in New Hampshire or Vermont
Current CPR certification
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work every other weekend
