Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to geriatric patients, helping them maintain dignity and comfort
Assist with daily living activities to enhance patient quality of life
Monitor vital signs and report changes to ensure timely interventions
Support a safe and nurturing environment for elderly residents

Qualifications

Active GNA certification in Maryland
State or federal issued ID and photo badge required
Completed COVID-19 vaccine or documented exemption

Education

GNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in geriatric care techniques
Strong patient interaction and empathy skills
Attention to detail in monitoring health changes
Team collaboration in a fast-paced facility
