Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional occupational therapy assistance to patients, making real differences in their daily lives
Collaborate with the care team to create personalized treatment plans that inspire progress
Support patients in regaining independence through hands-on, compassionate interventions
Document progress with precision to track every meaningful milestone

Qualifications

Active COTA license in California
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credentials
Experience in a clinical setting is a plus, but your passion counts too

Education

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and therapy techniques
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment
