Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care with dignity and respect
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Support the nursing team by following care plans and documenting care delivered
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and the care team

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to work per diem shifts and adapt to varying schedules
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfort with physical aspects of patient care and safe patient handling

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential

Knowledge & Skills

Practical knowledge of patient hygiene, mobility assistance, and ADLs
Comfort taking and documenting vital signs and patient observations
Basic charting and documentation skills
Ability to follow care plans and escalate concerns to nursing staff
Compassionate bedside manner and patient-centered communication
