Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on basic patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and report vital signs and observe changes in patient condition
Document care and communicate effectively with the nursing team to support patient outcomes
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow facility infection control policies
Build trusting relationships with patients and families through kind, respectful interactions

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
Current competency in basic patient care and ADLs
Comfort working 4-hour shift blocks as indicated by facility needs
Reliable, compassionate, and a team player who communicates clearly

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of patient care and basic clinical observation
Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Basic charting and documentation practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Teamwork and ability to follow care plans and direction from nursing staff
