Location: Tacoma, WA

Start Date: 06-01-2026

End Date: 08-31-2026

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend, scheduled by management

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate ADLs to critically ill patients
Stock supplies and maintain clean, welcoming patient rooms
Assist with EKGs, blood sugars, and catheter insertions as needed
Support the critical care team in delivering top-notch care
Float within critical care units to where you're needed most

Qualifications

Active CNA certification
Current BLS certification
Previous experience in ICU or PCU settings
Ready to dive into a fast-paced critical care environment

Education

CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise with pneumonia, sepsis, post-surgical, respiratory failure, heart failure, COVID-19, and stroke patients
Skilled in vital patient care tasks and unit maintenance
Strong teamwork in high-stakes critical care settings
