Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Assist with personal hygiene and mobility to promote independence and comfort
Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to ensure top-notch care
Support daily activities and meals with a warm, positive approach
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create uplifting patient experiences

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Current BLS certification preferred
Genuine passion for helping others thrive
Reliable and ready for night shift adventures

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care fundamentals
Excellent communication and empathy
Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Team player mindset with a positive vibe
