Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Support mealtime and hydration needs while encouraging dignity and independence
Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
Work collaboratively with the care team to create a safe, welcoming environment

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable assisting with mobility and basic patient transfers
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
Previous long-term care experience preferred but new grads are welcome to apply

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of basic nursing care and infection control practices
Familiarity with charting and following care plans
Strong observational skills to notice changes in residents
Ability to provide respectful, person-centered care
Time management skills to balance tasks efficiently
Good interpersonal skills for working with residents and families
