Contract Type: Per-Diem

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting)
Measure and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Support safe patient transfers, ambulation, and positioning
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols
Communicate clearly with nursing staff and participate in care planning

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
CPR/BLS certification (preferred or supported by employer)
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

High school diploma or GED
Current CNA certification (Pennsylvania)

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and support with ADLs
Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
Infection control best practices and safe patient handling
Basic charting and comfortable learning electronic health records
Compassionate communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
