Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate direct care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and vital signs monitoring to ensure comfort and safety
Collaborate with the care team to support individualized resident plans
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment that feels like home
Observe and report changes in resident conditions promptly and accurately

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Current BLS/CPR certification
Rhode Island CNA license or ability to obtain quickly
Genuine passion for helping others thrive

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong bedside manner and empathy
Basic clinical skills including vital signs and ADLs
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Reliability and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
