Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per-diem (as scheduled), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Support safe transfers, ambulation, and positioning for residents
Assist nursing staff with treatments and maintain clear documentation
Create a warm, respectful environment that preserves resident dignity
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the clinical team

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential in good standing
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility needs
Reliable, punctual, and able to work evening per-diem shifts
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and safe transfer techniques
Basic vital sign measurement and charting
Infection control and resident safety best practices
Clear, compassionate communication with residents and staff
Time management and ability to prioritize resident needs
