Shift Type: Per diem (as-needed), 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Night (days vary)

Candidate Pay Rate: $15 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding) to preserve dignity and comfort
Monitor and document resident condition and promptly report changes to nursing staff
Support safe mobility and transfers, helping prevent falls and maintain independence
Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered care and a positive resident experience

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (required)
Available for per diem/overnight shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with nursing staff

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamental CNA skills and resident-focused care
Basic patient monitoring and documentation
Comfort working overnight shifts and adapting to variable schedules
Teamwork, clear communication, and compassionate bedside manner
