Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Start Date: 06-01-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including day, evening, night, and holidays; 16hr Day shifts available; Daily OT after 24 hours, Weekly OT after 40 hours

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to cardiac patients across PCU and IMCU floors
Manage STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiothoracic surgery, and chest pain cases with confidence
Administer cardiac drips like Milrinone, Dobutamine, and pressors expertly
Float seamlessly to telemetry beds, adapting to varying acuity levels
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years experience in PCU or similar in a comparable facility
Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
Comfortable floating to all PCU/IMCU floors with cardiac focus

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong cardiac care expertise including drips and telemetry monitoring
Adaptable float pool experience across varying patient acuities
EPIC EMR proficiency for seamless documentation
Excellent patient assessment and ratio management skills
