Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the center to ensure excellent resident care and outcomes
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and onboarding so the team runs smoothly from shift to shift
• Implement policies and compliance procedures to maintain regulatory and quality standards
• Partner with clinical and support teams to optimize resident experience and satisfaction
• Manage communication with families, vendors, and stakeholders to build trust and transparency
• Support a positive culture by coaching, mentoring, and recognizing your team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership or administrative role in long-term care, assisted living, or a similar healthcare setting
• Comfortable leading a new opening or start-up environment (Order Reason: New Opening)
• Strong organizational and people-management skills with proven ability to prioritize
• Familiarity with state regulations and long-term care compliance; Administrator license if required by New Hampshire
• Current basic life support/CPR certification or willingness to obtain as needed
• Excellent communication skills; able to engage residents, families and multidisciplinary teams

Education

• Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but equivalent experience in long-term care leadership will be considered

Knowledge & Skills

• Operational knowledge of long-term care or post-acute services
• Staff scheduling, payroll coordination basics, and resource management
• Regulatory compliance and quality assurance practices
• Proficiency with electronic health records and common office software
• Strong conflict resolution, problem solving, and customer service skills
