Shift Type: 7 on/7 off, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Confidently manage ER and acute care patients with skill and poise
Triage patients effectively in a low-volume environment
Serve as house supervisor overseeing LTC nurse and CNA
Conduct night rounds and assist with LTC patient care including toileting
Pitch in as a true team player to support fellow nurses
Handle 1-2 ER patients and inpatients per shift with excellence

Qualifications

Experienced RN license
ACLS, BLS, PALS required
TNCC preferred
Proven ability to work independently as the sole night shift RN

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

ER triage expertise
Acute care proficiency
Team collaboration and willingness to help
Rural critical access hospital operations
