Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics for a wide variety of surgical, obstetrical, medical, and dental procedures
• Provide anesthesia care for patients across the lifespan, including pediatric and geriatric populations
• Perform thorough pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and make timely adjustments to anesthetic management
• Provide post-anesthesia evaluation and follow-up to ensure safe recovery
• Deliver airway management services across the hospital as needed
• Participate in inpatient anesthesia coverage and travel to multiple locations/clinics as required
• Cover required on-call and weekend rotations and collaborate with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credential required
• Active, unrestricted license to practice as a CRNA (state licensure as required)
• Current, non-lapsed board certification(s); candidates with lapsed certifications are not eligible
• Not open to new graduates or candidates with lapsed certifications
• Not open to Locum or Locum-to-Perm candidates
• Willingness to work on-call and participate in weekend rotations
• Ability and willingness to travel to multiple locations/clinics as needed
• Not seeking candidates who will commute more than 1 hour or hold another primary job concurrently
• Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates (visa sponsorship available)

Education

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) credential required

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in anesthesia administration (intravenous, inhalation, regional)
• Strong airway management skills and comfort providing airway services hospital-wide
• Proficiency in comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessment and anesthesia care plan development
• Skilled in intraoperative monitoring and rapid clinical decision-making
• Experience with post-anesthesia evaluation and patient recovery management
• Comfort caring for pediatric and geriatric patients across ASA classifications
• Experience providing inpatient hospital anesthesia coverage
• Team-oriented communication and collaboration with surgeons, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff
• Adaptability to flexible scheduling and varied shift lengths
