Licensed Nursing Assistant

Location: Lebanon, NH

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Varies by assignment (per diem), Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Night shift)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered care and assist with activities of daily living
Monitor patient condition and promptly report changes to the nursing team
Assist with safe transfers and mobility to promote independence
Document care accurately and maintain clear communication with care team
Support mealtime assistance and basic hygiene needs with dignity and respect
Help maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices

Qualifications

Active LNA / Licensed Nursing Assistant credential (New Hampshire required; Vermont eligibility a plus)
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Comfortable working overnight shifts and supporting a diverse resident population
Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred
Strong communication skills and dependable attendance

Education

Completion of an approved LNA/CNA training program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on experience with ADLs, transfers and mobility assistance
Basic vital signs measurement and observation skills
Patient safety and infection control practices
Clear, timely documentation and reporting
Teamwork, empathy and strong time management
