Licensed Nursing Assistant

Location: Lebanon, NH

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem / As scheduled (days vary), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Day

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, direct patient care that supports dignity and comfort
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Measure, record, and report vital signs and other important clinical observations
Document care accurately and communicate changes to the nursing team
Support safe patient mobility and transfers with proper techniques
Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection-control practices
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification (NH and/or VT as applicable)
Completion of an accredited LNA program
Previous experience as an LNA or similar patient-care role is a plus
Comfort working per diem with a flexible availability to pick up shifts
Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first approach

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited LNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of patient care and activities of daily living
Basic vital sign measurement and documentation skills
Safe patient handling and mobility support
Clear, compassionate communication with patients and team members
Reliable time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
Attention to detail for accurate charting and handoffs
