Shift Type: Per diem / As scheduled (days vary), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Day
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, direct patient care that supports dignity and comfort
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Measure, record, and report vital signs and other important clinical observations
- Document care accurately and communicate changes to the nursing team
- Support safe patient mobility and transfers with proper techniques
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection-control practices
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification (NH and/or VT as applicable)
- Completion of an accredited LNA program
- Previous experience as an LNA or similar patient-care role is a plus
- Comfort working per diem with a flexible availability to pick up shifts
- Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first approach
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited LNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Fundamentals of patient care and activities of daily living
- Basic vital sign measurement and documentation skills
- Safe patient handling and mobility support
- Clear, compassionate communication with patients and team members
- Reliable time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail for accurate charting and handoffs
