Location: Lebanon, NH

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (varied days), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM day shift

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Measure and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
Support safe and comfortable transfers and mobility for residents
Document care accurately and communicate clearly with the care team
Help create a warm, dignified environment that promotes resident well-being

Qualifications

Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification (NH required; ability to work in VT/NH is a plus)
Active basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification or willingness to obtain
Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare settings preferred
Strong communication skills, compassion, and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited LNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care and infection control practices
Comfortable taking and recording vital signs accurately
Familiarity with patient lifting/transfer techniques and safe body mechanics
Good charting and documentation habits
Ability to work collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, and other care staff
