Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs and changes in resident condition accurately
• Support nursing staff with routine clinical tasks and timely documentation
• Communicate clearly and kindly with residents and their families to promote comfort and understanding
• Work collaboratively with the care team to maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment

Qualifications

• Current LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification
• Willingness to work day shifts and provide weekend coverage as required by the facility
• Flexibility for an 8-week travel assignment at Bennington Care Center
• Ability to complete required background checks and facility onboarding (standard for healthcare settings)

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on resident care and personal support skills
• Accurate documentation and charting of care provided
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Awareness of infection control and basic safety procedures
• Compassionate approach to working with older adults and long-term care residents
