Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents at Andover Manor Rehab & Nursing
- Administer medications and treatments safely and document care accurately
- Perform resident assessments and communicate changes in condition promptly
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and follow individualized care plans
- Support activities of daily living and promote resident independence and dignity
- Contribute to a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and staff
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN licensure (appropriate for role) — ready to work in Massachusetts
- Completion of an accredited LPN or RN program
- Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain promptly
- Comfort working in a skilled nursing/rehab setting; per diem flexibility required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a care team
Education
- Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN program; high school diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge & Skills
- Resident assessment and clinical documentation
- Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
- Infection prevention and adherence to safety protocols
- Strong interpersonal skills for resident- and family-centered care
- Ability to prioritize, manage time, and adapt in a fast-paced setting
