Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Primary Care Clinic and Infusion Clinic, delivering safe infusion therapy and monitoring
• Perform triage using the Emergency Severity Index (ESI) to prioritize patient care and ensure timely treatment
• Assess and monitor patients, apply clinical judgment, and intervene as needed
• Educate patients and families about treatments, medications, and follow-up care in a compassionate way
• Document patient care accurately and promptly according to facility policies
• Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to coordinate care and improve clinic workflows
• Maintain compliance with licensing, BLS, and clinic-specific policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 3 years recent nursing experience in the specialty to be considered
• Required infusion experience and prior clinic experience
• Strong triage skills and familiarity with ESI (Emergency Severity Index)
• Excellent critical thinking and patient-assessment abilities
• Able to attend scheduled orientation sessions (every other Monday schedule)

Knowledge & Skills

• Infusion therapy experience and safe administration practices
• Clinic-based workflows and outpatient nursing care
• Triage using ESI and rapid clinical decision-making
• BLS knowledge and basic emergency response
• Strong critical thinking and patient communication skills
