Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Assess patient status and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
Document care, observations, and interventions clearly and promptly
Support admissions, discharges, and care transitions with professionalism
Participate in care planning and patient/family education to improve outcomes

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential in good standing
Available to work the scheduled shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Local candidates only (per job notes)

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical skills in medication administration and basic patient assessment
Strong communication with patients, families, and care team members
Time management and organization for efficient shift workflows
Attention to detail for accurate documentation and safe care delivery
