Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment is sterile and ready
Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
Scrub in for a variety of cases including total joints, general surgery, spine, and urology
Maintain a sterile field and follow strict infection control protocols
Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care
Support high-volume ortho, vascular, and general surgery cases

Qualifications

1 year of full-time experience as a Surgical Tech required
BLS certification required
Experience with Ortho, Vascular, and General Surgery procedures
Strong scrubbing skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume OR environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in scrubbing techniques and sterile procedures
Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
Knowledge of total joints, general, spine, and urology cases
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to respond quickly and effectively during procedures
