Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population
Treat approximately 12 patients per day in a busy, community-focused clinic
Provide care across mostly orthopedic cases while enjoying the variety that comes with a small-town setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Step in to assist with acute inpatient coverage when needed, expanding your clinical impact
Build meaningful relationships with patients in a welcoming athletic-club environment

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification required
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfortable treating a wide variety of diagnoses in a small-town setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a full caseload of 12 patients daily
Flexibility to provide occasional acute inpatient coverage
Excellent communication and patient-education abilities
Comfort working independently within a collaborative rehab team
