Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $75 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns in a rural LDRP setting
Triage patients and confidently step into the role of baby catcher and transition nurse
Monitor and titrate Pitocin drips to support safe labor progression
Collaborate with a small, dedicated team where every shift makes a real difference
Support moms through delivery and ensure smooth transitions for newborns

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
Current BLS, ALS, NRP, and AWHONN EFM certifications
At least 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience with LDRP training
Ability to function independently as both a triage and delivery nurse

Knowledge & Skills

Strong LDRP clinical skills including triage and newborn transition
Comfortable working in a small rural hospital with limited on-site support
Flexible and ready to float to Med-Surg when needed
Proficient with OBIX fetal monitoring system
