Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients from neonates through geriatrics across all inpatient floors
• Perform EKGs, bedside bronchoscopies, and bedside spirometry with precision and care
• Collaborate closely with hospitalists, intensivists, and nursing teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Manage ventilators, BiPAPs, and high-flow oxygen systems to support patients with varying respiratory needs
• Float throughout the hospital in an RT capacity to provide flexible, high-quality care wherever needed
• Build meaningful connections with patients and families while adapting to each unique care situation

Qualifications

• Current RRT or CRT credential required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NRP and PALS preferred
• Recent Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience required
• Valid driver's license required at time of submittal
• Strong time management, flexibility, and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with Drager, Servo I, and Carefusion ventilators
• Experience with Vision, V60, V30, and Respironics S/T BiPAP systems
• Familiarity with Airvo2 high-flow oxygen delivery
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team setting
• Comfort providing care across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
