End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with 1 night per week on call and every 5th or 6th weekend on call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional perioperative care across multiple surgical specialties including neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedics, GYN, and robotics
Collaborate with a dedicated team in a 7-suite OR environment where flexibility and teamwork are celebrated
Support patients through every stage of their surgical journey with compassion and clinical excellence
Float to pre/post-op, PACU, or ER trauma when needed to ensure seamless patient care
Share knowledge and mentor colleagues while maintaining the highest safety standards

Qualifications

Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong experience across all surgical service lines including neurosurgery and robotics
Ability to pass an open-book skills exam with a 90 percent score during orientation
Valid driver's license to confirm you live outside the 50-mile radius
Willingness to follow the facility's no artificial nails policy in patient care areas

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
Comfort working across varied daily surgical schedules without specialized teams
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to educate and support colleagues
Flexibility to float to pre/post-op, PACU, or ER trauma as needed
