Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver meaningful physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, fractures, neuro conditions, wounds, and debility
Provide hands-on care that helps patients regain strength, mobility, and independence
Collaborate with an encouraging team of PTAs and techs to optimize patient outcomes
Precept students or new staff when the opportunity arises
Document care accurately and contribute to a positive, supportive unit culture

Qualifications

Current Texas PT license and national PT license required
BLS certification
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Open to both new graduates and seasoned clinicians

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in treating general ortho, neuro, wound care, and debility patients
Comfortable working across inpatient acute, skilled, and outpatient environments
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Flexible and reliable with a patient-first mindset
