End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse leading the care team with confidence and compassion
Administer medications accurately and ensure residents receive the right support at the right time
Provide skilled wound care that promotes healing and comfort
Build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their daily needs and long-term well-being

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact license
BLS certification required
Prior long-term care experience preferred
Strong assessment and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable working independently as charge nurse
Skilled in medication administration and basic wound care
Familiar with caring for residents managing heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
Able to use Matrix EMR efficiently
