Location: Garrison, North Dakota

Start Date: 06-22-2026

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse leading the care team on your unit
Administer medications safely and accurately to residents
Provide skilled wound care to support healing and comfort
Monitor and assess residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
Collaborate with PT and social work to coordinate individualized care plans

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS certification required
Prior long-term care experience preferred
Strong assessment and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Long-term care nursing experience
Medication administration and wound care
Comfort working with dementia and chronic condition residents
Ability to work independently as charge nurse
