Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized one-on-one physical therapy treatments to help patients regain strength and mobility
Conduct thorough evaluations and create customized treatment plans for a variety of orthopedic conditions
Collaborate with a supportive rehab team to ensure seamless patient care and progress tracking
Manage patient scheduling and follow-up to maintain excellent continuity of care
Mentor and guide rehab aides while maintaining your own 1:1 patient caseload

Qualifications

Active Colorado PT license or Compact license required
Current AHA BLS certification
Strong background in outpatient physical therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation
Excellent communication and patient management skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient rehabilitation techniques
Ability to treat a wide variety of orthopedic conditions
Strong patient evaluation and treatment planning abilities
Comfortable working independently with 45-minute 1:1 sessions
Collaborative approach with PTAs and rehab aides
