Speech Language Pathologist - Home Health
Location: Bardstown, Kentucky
Start Date: 06-29-2026
End Date: 09-28-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services in a home health setting
- Assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop patient care plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques
Qualifications
- Must have active Kentucky SLP license in hand upon submission
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Home health experience required
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of speech therapy techniques for CVA/Aphasia patients
- Ability to travel across a large territory covering 11 counties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in documentation and patient education
