Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional post-anesthesia care to pediatric patients
Monitor vital signs and ensure smooth recoveries
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver top-notch care
Advocate for young patients during their most vulnerable moments
Contribute to a healing environment that prioritizes kids' well-being

Qualifications

Active RN license in Missouri
Pediatric nursing experience, especially in PACU
BLS and PALS certifications
Compassionate approach to pediatric care
Commitment to high standards in a specialized setting

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in post-anesthesia recovery for children
Strong assessment and monitoring skills
Pediatric pain management knowledge
Effective communication with families and teams
Familiarity with Shriners-level pediatric protocols
