Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced outpatient surgery environment
- Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure seamless procedures
- Monitor patient recovery and provide compassionate post-op support
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to top safety protocols
- Educate patients and families to empower confident recoveries
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in surgery or outpatient settings
- BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical skills with a patient-first mindset
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in surgical nursing procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Quick decision-making in high-pressure situations
- Attention to detail for optimal patient outcomes
