Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents
Assist with activities of daily living to promote comfort and dignity
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the care team
Help create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Maine
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals
Infection control practices
Vital signs monitoring
Documentation and reporting
