Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain strength and mobility through hands-on therapy sessions
Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing personalized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and celebrate every milestone achieved
Educate patients and families on exercises they can do at home
Document care accurately to support the best outcomes

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in New Mexico
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
Ability to work collaboratively in a rehab setting

Education

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient-centered care
Therapeutic exercise techniques
Progress monitoring and documentation
