Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized physical therapy treatments to help patients regain strength and mobility
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans
- Assess patient progress and adjust therapy programs to maximize outcomes
- Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques for continued recovery
- Document treatment sessions accurately and maintain compliance with facility standards
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Ohio
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree preferred
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- New grads welcome to apply
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
- Knowledge of geriatric rehabilitation in skilled nursing settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
