Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem shifts, 6 hours each, call-ins as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional surgical care to pediatric patients
Assist in OR procedures with precision and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Ensure safe and efficient operating room environments
Advocate for young patients during critical moments

Qualifications

Active RN license in Washington
OR experience, especially with pediatrics
BLS and PALS certifications preferred
Strong clinical skills in a fast-paced surgical setting

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric surgical nursing expertise
Sterile technique and OR protocols
Patient assessment and monitoring
Team communication and coordination
