Candidate Pay Rate: $78 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub and circulate in the cardiovascular operating room performing open heart and vascular procedures
Assist anesthesia with induction and ensure smooth patient transport from pre-op to PACU or inpatient units
Fulfill charge responsibilities after hours on select shifts
Float to the Main OR when volume is low or cases finish early
Collaborate with a dynamic team of three cardiac and three vascular surgeons

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska
BLS and ACLS certifications required
CNOR preferred
Strong cardiovascular operating room experience preferred
Ability to scrub and circulate in CVOR procedures
Valid driver's license for radius verification

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Open heart and vascular procedure expertise
Hybrid operating suite familiarity
Strong teamwork and adaptability
Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills
