Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the ICU nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care
Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
Mentor staff and foster a positive, collaborative environment
Oversee quality improvement initiatives that directly impact patient outcomes
Manage staffing schedules and resources to meet patient needs

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Previous ICU nursing experience
Leadership or management experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
