Shift Type: Rotating 8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, with call for night shift and weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $88 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional perioperative care to patients undergoing neuro, ortho, robotics, gyn, urology, spine, and general procedures
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure seamless operations
Prepare and maintain sterile fields while anticipating the needs of the surgical team
Monitor patient vitals and respond swiftly to any changes during procedures
Document accurately in Cerner Surginet and support smooth hand-offs between shifts

Qualifications

Active California RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum one year of recent operating room experience
Proven expertise in neuro, ortho, robotics, gyn, urology, spine, and general cases

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
Familiarity with Phillips monitors and Draeger anesthesia equipment
Comfortable with Cerner Surginet documentation
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
