Shift Type: Rotating 8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, with call for night shift and weekends
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $88 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional perioperative care to patients undergoing neuro, ortho, robotics, gyn, urology, spine, and general procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure seamless operations
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields while anticipating the needs of the surgical team
- Monitor patient vitals and respond swiftly to any changes during procedures
- Document accurately in Cerner Surginet and support smooth hand-offs between shifts
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum one year of recent operating room experience
- Proven expertise in neuro, ortho, robotics, gyn, urology, spine, and general cases

- Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
- Familiarity with Phillips monitors and Draeger anesthesia equipment
- Comfortable with Cerner Surginet documentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
