Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population
Evaluate and treat orthopedic and varied conditions in a small-town setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs
Provide occasional acute inpatient support when needed
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
BLS certification required
Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
Acute inpatient experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic and general outpatient rehabilitation techniques
Patient assessment and individualized care planning
Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team
Patient education and home program development
