Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic CT examinations with precision and care
- Ensure high-quality imaging by adjusting scan parameters for clarity
- Collaborate with radiologists to deliver accurate, read-ready studies
- Maintain positive patient interactions and professional service
- Operate PACS and EMR systems to stage exams for interpretation
- Verify correct patient identification on all images
- Uphold clinical standards and organizational values in every task
Qualifications
- ARRT (R) certification required
- ARRT (CT) certification required within 18 months of employment
- BLS certification required
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology
- 1 year of Radiography experience
- 1 year of CT experience
Education
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology required
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in CT imaging techniques
- Strong understanding of PACS and EMR systems
- Ability to adjust density and contrast for optimal image quality
- Problem-solving skills across multiple imaging modalities
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional standards
