Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced ER environment
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement effective treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses with precision
- Educate patients and families on next steps and follow-up care
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Prior emergency department experience preferred
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
Education
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Emergency nursing protocols
- Triage and rapid assessment
- IV insertion and medication administration
- Electronic health record documentation
- Team collaboration under pressure
