Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care to residents
- Assist with daily living activities to promote comfort and dignity
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Support nursing staff with vital signs and documentation
- Create a warm, safe environment that feels like home
Qualifications
- Active Vermont or New Hampshire LNA license
- Current BLS certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- Prior long-term care experience preferred
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State-approved LNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Attention to detail and patient safety
- Ability to work independently on night shifts
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
