Shift Type: Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain independence through personalized therapy plans
Assess functional needs and create meaningful treatment goals
Collaborate with nursing and rehab teams to support recovery
Document progress and adjust care plans to maximize outcomes

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in California
BLS certification
Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred

Education

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient-centered therapy techniques
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
