Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert perioperative care to pediatric patients
Prepare operating rooms with precision and care
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth procedures
Monitor and support young patients through their OR journey
Contribute to a healing environment at Shriners

Qualifications

Active RN license in Washington or compact state
OR experience, especially with pediatrics a plus
BLS certification required
Ready to jump into per diem shifts with enthusiasm

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong perioperative nursing skills
Pediatric patient care expertise
Attention to sterile techniques and safety
Teamwork in fast-paced OR settings
